I became a Kundalini Yoga Teacher in 2012. I had practiced Kundalini Yoga for 2 years and had begun to use some of the mantras with a highly autistic man I worked with as a Social Educator. Listening to them and chanting along seemed to bring him moments of great serenity which were otherwise rare for him and soon we were practicing yoga together and others with physical and intellectual disabilities joined us. So I have taught a small group in a weekly class as part of my work since 2011. I have also taught wheelchair classes and meditation.
