Kylie is dedicated to creating a community full of love. She has been a swimmer, runner, and biker for years. She loves doing anything outdoors such as hiking, skiing, and slacklining and notices the strong, positive influence that yoga continues to have on her ability to thrive in every area of life. Kylie feels that everyone can create a sense of balance and love, and she is honored to use the art of yoga to help others.
Kylie’s vision is to touch people’s lives and help them see that they can control every aspect of life and explore the inner self through the healing benefits of yoga. After completing the Satya Flow: asana and Authenticity 200 hour program in Reno, she focuses on vinyasa flow as well as interval yoga and restorative yoga. She finds importance in always moving with intention and creating balance during practice. Kylie believes the combination of conscious breathing, asana, and meditation creates the perfect setting for love and creativity in class.
