I received my 200-hours Yoga Alliance certification from Studio Surya yoga in Venice Beach, California, including prenatal, therapeutic and restorative yoga.
I started practicing yoga to heal and relax my body from Martial arts competitions. I immediately fell in love and decided to give more space to yoga into my life.
Since then, my new mission : share a passion and help people to find their inner peace and joy.
In a fast-paced world, through a dynamic Vinyasa flow, I invite my students to practice compassion, stillness and to focus on breathing.
Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow.
As a martial artist, I also created a flow, blend of martial arts and yoga.
