I teach 2 mixed yoga classes to adults in Gloucester.
Occasionally I teach other people's classes too.

I also teach individuals who are unable to attend regular group classes.
Can also teach groups who wish to try out yoga, so far have taught Explorer Scouts, an NHS mental health recovery group a local business exploring well being activities for staff and a few hen parties.
