I am a British Wheel of Yoga teacher and have been teaching for approximately 13 years. I teach Pregnancy Yoga and a Hatha Vinyasa Flow style and have trained with a variety of teachers from Katie Appleton, Shiva Rea, Jonathan Monks, Wendy Teasdill and Anya Hawkes.
