I am deeply committed to my yoga practice and sharing the health benefits with others.
I originally started doing yoga poses in 2003 to overcome back pain due to many years of sitting at a computer (incorrectly). I came to understand that, for me, yoga went beyond the stretch. It is a path that has helped me in so many ways.
I took my 300 hour YTT in 2008 and my 350 hour Advanced YTT in 2010. I'm currently studying with Judith Hanson Lasater.
