Hi, Thanks for visiting my profile! I am a Certified Yoga Instructor and Reiki Master/Teacher who just moved to the Bay Area from Fairfield County,CT. As an artist, yoga helps me to remain inspired. The world can be a beautiful place when we see it that way. It is only when we choose to step into our own personal power, that we can truly live in our beauty, in our fullest expression. In yoga, we train our bodies to take different shapes/forms during asana. In life, we find parallels between our asana and the metaphoric positions we place ourselves in. Sometimes we don't get to choose our situations but we can choose how we experience them. My purpose is to share with you, the ways that you can live YOUR fullest expression. Whether we meet over the phone, on the mat, or in the convenience of your home. I offer yoga classes, energy healing and Reiki teaching/all level-certifications.
