Great place to learn Yoga

I had been thinking about starting Yoga for a year or so when I found out that Laura was teaching. Having known her in other ways I felt it would be the best place for me, and it is!! Laura makes the class comfortable for anyone who comes in, makes sure that everyone knows that we are all good where are bodies are at that point in time and that it is not a competition. I found Laura the best teacher for me as I started my Yoga journey!

A communicator through and through

Laura has a communiction style in her studio that really reaonates with me. She sets the tone that ech session is the participant's and she is the guide. Yoga with Laura always leave me feeling better, in body, and in mind.

My Happy Place!

I love my yoga practice at Eka! (the only reason I couldn't move those slider if either direction, is because I would have gladly moved them to both sides!)
