Yoga is the place I always come back to, or rather, it’s the thing that always has my back. It stuck with me through rough times during chronic illness and is still part of my physical recovery.
I’m a recently certified Vinyasa teacher with interests in philosophy, pranayama and yoga Nidra.
I aim to make yoga accessible to all, especially those who may not feel that a typical yoga class is for them. I love belts, blocks and bolsters (and chairs and walls and blankets) to aid in correct alignment and comfort in a pose.
