I have always loved yoga from the very first class I took. I knew it was an amazing way to strengthen my body while counteracting the effects of years of bad posture and sitting behind a desk on a computer all day long. What I didn't realize for the longest time was that it also did wonders to help focus my mind and feed my soul. Having awakened to Yoga's deeper teachings of mindfulness and conscious living, I decided to pursue my RYT 200 hour certification with davannayoga. I will always be a student of the practice, but hope to share the knowledge I have gained thus far with others who are seeking to find more balance in their lives while nourishing their mind, body and soul.
