Laura's Yoga Classes are gentle Hatha flow style which focuses on slow, steady movement with connection to breath. The heart of yoga with Laura is on being aware of our bodies and minds in the present moment. It's with this awareness that you'll be able to build a deeper connection to yourself which will allow more spaciousness to appear not only in body but in mind as well.
My yoga focuses on moving slowly, with purpose and feeling. You'll be able to quiet down your busy mind and focus on the present moment which, in turn allows you to be in touch with your authentic self (and what could be much better than that?!). The benefits of yoga are many and you're bound to feel them in the relaxed atmosphere and calm environment that I create.
