Teaching mindfulness and meditation is an honor and a joy. Establishing a meditation practice and practicing mindfulness in daily life can be one of the most beneficial things we can do for our own health and well-being as well as a great gift to everyone around us. Yet it can be difficult to start or maintain a practice. I love helping people find their way, re-discover their own wisdom and work with whatever obstacles might arise. You already have everything you need. I've been a social worker since 1993 and a teacher of evidence-based mindfulness classes since 2002. My own meditation practice is in the Zen tradition.
