Laura started practicing yoga in college when a friend told her she could get an ‘A’ for sleeping in class. That class changed her entire view about life, health, and how to treat the body. Yoga is more than just an exercise regimen, it’s about finding peace within all aspects of yourself- mind, body, and spirit. Every time Laura returns to her practice she finds something new about herself, whether it’s a pose she never thought she’d be able to do, or a good laugh as she falls on the mat again. The more classes, trainings, and workshops she participates in the more she is convinced that yoga is for everyone looking to surprise themselves. Laura is always honored to share her mat with anyone looking for a little humor, fun, and peace in a corner of their day
