Laura Hill was born and raised in Savannah, on the Georgia coast, and attended college at The University of Georgia (go dawgs!). In 2014, she made her way to Austin, Texas for music, work, love, and tacos. Shortly after moving, Laura Hill was introduced to the booming Austin fitness scene and immediately found her home away from home.
In June of 2015, Laura Hill completed her 200hr Yoga Alliance certification through CorePower Yoga. She then went on to complete four more certifications and trainings including her "CorePower Level Two" and "Yoga Sculpt" certification.
Laura Hill's passion in life has always been health and wellness and guiding others on their own wellness paths. As a teacher, Laura Hill brings that passion into the studio and onto her student's mats.
Laura Hill began exercising strenuously at a young age and quickly developed an unbalanced relationship with her body. During college, she discovered Vinyasa Yoga which gave her a new appreciation for the transformation exercise brings to her soul and spirit as well as to her body.
Through lifestyle changes she has made because of her practice, she has grown to embrace how absolutely incredible our bodies and minds are and she longs to share that realization with her students so that they may be inspired by their own capabilities. Her desire to encourage and grow with her students is evident in her teaching.
