Laura Sigurdson was introduced to yoga approximately 14 yrs ago by an equestrian riding instructor who thought it would be a wonderful way to work on her core strength, body awareness & balance. Turns out it was a great benefit to not only her horse riding but also her hormonal crazy teenage self. So after a lot of soul searching, she decided to become a yoga instructor. She took her training through Prana Yoga Teacher College with Shakti Mhi and has been teaching ever since. Laura is dedicated to furthering her knowledge through courses, she recently return from a month long trip to India where she studied Yoga and Meditation.
