Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer
I am a Body Harmonics Trained pilates instructor and have been teaching since June of 2008. Pilates is my passion but most of the classes I teach are at a beautiful Yoga Studio in Cambridge Ontario.
I teach 5 classes a week at Fusion Movement Yoga studio in Cambridge. The studio has a drop in policy which allows all participants to try out any class and come when it is most convenient for them. So, I always teach to the group. Many of my classes are geared to all levels and some are designated intermediate to advanced. I move my particiapants through verticle, prone, supine, nealing and side lying positions. We incorporate foam rollers, weighted balls, blocks and rings into the class to help participants connect with the core and increase the intensity of thier workouts.
