Laura received her 200 yoga teacher training certification in Hatha Yoga from the Om Joyful school of yoga. The whole essence of the yoga practice is extremely essential and integrated in her daily activities and overall way of life. Laura has a soulful nature and is very dedicated to her practice. She is passionate, committed, and has an ongoing education in yoga and healing. In her practice and teachings she implements and reinforces the importance of mindfulness, posture, breathing, as well as keeping the harmony between the mind, body, and spirit. She incorporates her background in dance into the flow and transitioning of the asanas in her classes. She encourages students to detach from the past, future, and to live fully in the present moment, allowing themselves to restore peace, health, and balance in their life.
