I am the founder and president of Laura Warf School of Happiness offering services in Yoga, Meditation, Reiki, stress reduction strategies and functional fitness. I teach using «The 8 Essential Elements to Health and Happiness» model.
I have been inspired by some wonderful teachers over the past 15 years of my teaching. I guide my classes by infusing the yoga teachings from the Krishnamacharya lineage; Mark Whitwell is my teacher of Heart. I like to blend in the principles of Kripalu, Prana Flow, chakra balancing and the Dr. Bali method into my weekly classes.
Mindful movement is a passion, stillness of mind is a constant intention, diving deep to discover the truths of who we are is the purpose. Namaste
