For over 8 years I have had the pleasure of teaching weekly classes to all ages in a number of different styles. I have taught family classes with parents & kids from ages 4 to 17, young adults who mostly favour the Flow Yoga or Vinyasa style, with the majority of clients being in the middle-aged to retired category who enjoy the Relax & Renew class, (although some prefer the Flow style too) and Chair Yoga has been ideal for seniors. I am forever grateful to have a career in which I am able to help people feel good!
