Specialising in all things women, children & families. I believe the yoga magic starts with women during their pregnancy, post-natally and beyond – to mums & bubs yoga, kindy through to high school years & family yoga - creating a more empowered, peaceful and compassionate world in the future.
I remember the moment I wanted to share yoga with the world- I walked out of a class one day (while a personal crises was going on in my life) and something shifted, my heart opened, I felt lighter and I thought to myself could that have been yoga? I knew from that day what I would be doing for the rest of my life and during this time I have seen so much potential in introducing yoga to children from an early age right through to young adulthood. Not only is it a fun way of moving and becoming aware of and learning to accept one's body, it also addresses the whole child by nurturing the emotional, mental and spiritual aspect as well. Building self-esteem, flexibility and strength, breathing, concentration and meditation techniques, the yoga journey offers so many benefits that can positively influence children’s lives.
Yoga is a wonderful way for the pregnant woman to connect with the changes occurring in her body and prepare her for the birthing experience. As a yoga teacher I have the unique opportunity to truly support pregnant women, guiding them physically, emotionally and mentally to trust their intuition and giving them the tools to be stronger and more powerful in their own bodies. Yoga inspires pregnant women to create their own space, to be in the present moment and confidently prepare for a fulfilling and enjoyable birth.

"For me there is something about asana that encourages you to see that everything you need is within. "
As women there is a deep cycle that we are internally connected to.
