My classes combine Hatha and Vinyasa Flow yoga to bring strength, suppleness and fun to your practice. With classes to suit a range of abilities – from beginners to more seasoned yogis – my approach to yoga aims to reconnect you with your mind and body and provides a playful, yet nourishing experience that you can incorporate to life, both on and off the mat.

I also offer one day retreats, workshops, weekends away and private one-to-ones.
