I began practicing Vinyasa and Ashtanga in 2005 (and still have a regular practice to date). In 2012 I discovered Kundalini Yoga. I started a daily practice (sadhana) after my first month of attending classes and experienced a dimension to yoga that I had never experienced before.
I delved deep into the practice and witnessed the incredible transformational power of kriya yoga in my life. Through a series of events, close friends asked if they could come practice with me. Slowly my self-practice with friends led to me holding a weekly class at my house. I never saw myself as a yoga teacher but as the class became more popular, it was clear that I was being called to become a teacher. In 2016 I completed my Kundalini teacher training and became a KRI Certified Instructor.
I see each class as an opportunity to clear the internal space for deeper introspection into one’s practice and self. I believe that when we are able to tap into our internal stillness, it can be used as a mechanism to grow awareness and progress spiritually. My classes are suitable for all ages and are aimed at both beginners and advanced practitioners. In addition to my weekly classes, I offer private lessons and regular workshops.
