Lauren has been practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga for 11 years. She believes in the Mysore method of teaching the Ashtanga Series' because each student is taught for their own body and capability in a group setting. Each Mysore class is perfect for beginners, intermediate and advanced practitioners. The practice does not end in the yoga room. It is based on the 8 limbed path of Ashtanga Yoga.
