Meditation in motion has been a common denominator in Laurence's life: from the practice of yoga and a 5-month walking meditation in the Himalayas, to the fluid dance of dialogue and the deep transformative practice of introspective dance.
Her yoga classes are inspired by Anusara, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin yoga and Ayurveda. She invites students to become intimate with their body, breath and mind through a dynamic but meditative yoga practice. Each class is different and adapted to her students needs.
Laurence is a natural facilitator. She brings her full self into whatever she does, specially her presence, listening and vulnerability. Laurence's gift is to create a safe space for people to be, express and heal.
