I am trained in the lineage of T. Krishnamacharya, as taught through Mr. TKV Desikachar. I teach gentle yoga that uses the breath as a base to move the body. It is a holistic approach taking into consideration the mind, body, breath, behaviors and emotions of the person which come together in a practice that could involve a combination of tools with movement, breathing practice, mediation and/or sound. As a person in long term recovery, I have a passion for working one-on-one with women who suffer from substance misuse disorder.
