I am trained in the lineage of T. Krishnamacharya, as taught through Mr. TKV Desikachar. I teach gentle yoga that is a breath-based movement. I use a holistic approach taking into consideration the mind, body, breath, behaviors and emotions of the student to setup a practice that would involve tools that would include a combination of movement, breathing practice, mediation and/or sound. I meet the student where they are with a home practice designed to meet their needs. I have a passion for working one-on-one with those individuals in recovery and partner with them to support their recovery efforts through a personal yoga practice.
