During her first yoga class Laurie experienced the peace and space that yoga creates, and discovered the joy of moving mindfully.

She keeps on finding new aspects in yoga to discover and to integrate in her own practice and classes. Time and again yoga gives her energy, balance and strength.

In her practice she likes to focus on the somatic aspect - finding what feels good for your body in this moment -, moving slowly and giving your body and mind the space to really experience the asanas.
