I have been practicing yoga for 16 years, and teaching for the past 5.
I recently finished my 200 hour Teacher Training for Ashtanga.
And, have found a new love and admiration for this practice.
I still teach hatha stlye classes ranging from beginner to advanced,
as well as Ashtanga classes.
Yoga is such a passion for me, it keeps me grounded, and stable in the temporary moments of chaos, of being a mom and wife. ( and sometimes thats super mom and super wife!! ) :)
