I teach yoga to students of all experience levels and ages. A strong background in human anatomy allows me to suggest posture variations that will appeal to students with different ranges in mobility and energy.
You will enjoy my classes and be proud of yourself for experiencing them for many reasons. These reasons may differentiate me from other teachers. First, I believe in endurance routines because, while challenging in the moment, they create a more graceful yogic flow that builds with time in each posture. Endurance in practice- on or off the mat- yields a more graceful and mindful life experience overall.
Lastly, my favorite yoga practices open the hips and the heart. I enjoy releasing stress and increasing chances for us all to release the in other words, lokah samastah sukhino bhavantu :)
