I am a lifelong yogi. I started my practice in my late teens, over 25 years ago.
My body size and shape has varied and I use that to help with how I create my classes.
I offer a variety of classes. All provide time to feel and listen to your body and find the way the pose works for you. We explore breath and meditation, mudras, self-awareness and self-appreciation and more.
I make myself available to my students by keeping the integrity of a strong private practice so I teach from a standpoint of living what I offer. Strong, plus size bodies like any other body comes from physical practice but more importantly day to day appreciation that your practice is not a destination – it is a journey.
