Yogi Lea (Dr Lea Brindle) has been practicing yoga for thirty years and has been regularly teaching now for well over 15 years. He has a British Wheel of Yoga Diploma as well as Yoga Alliance and Independent Yoga Network qualifications. Lea teaches a Mindful, flow yoga style that helps develop stamina, strength and flexibility over the long-term leaving a deeply relaxed & calm state. Yogi Lea also offers Mindfulness courses and yoga workshops that allow both more breadth and depth than we usually have time for in regular classes. Lea has been inspired by many world class teachers mainly in the Sivananda, Astanga and Iyengar traditions.
