Leanne began her yoga journey at the age of 50, after overcoming breast cancer. Through the practice of yoga, she was able to reconnect to the same body that had betrayed her. Using breath and movement, she found a dramatic impact in nurturing her body, mind and soul. Leanne will guide you to explore breath and movement in a way that can help any body thrive. Leanne uses a light hearted approach to teach Vinyasa style flow that anyone can follow and will challenge her students to embrace life both on and off the mat.
