I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with nearly 30 years experience in the health and wellness industry. Over the years I have participated in countless styles of fitness programs. The two I have enjoyed most are Yoga and Pilates.
It has been most gratifying to compare a movement practice that has been around for 2,000 years with one that has been around for 80 years. The blending of both practices has been very enlightening and well received.
What I love about my mind/body practice is the unending educational growth and connection to self and others.
