I love what Yoga brings to life, mind, and body. As an ex-dancer, my classes flow like choreography, giving participants a sense of freedom and deep embodiment. I use the breath to support the performance of Asanas. Yoga therapy sits within the classes I teach with the use of Japanese meridians. I love Yoga as a teacher and as a Yogi. Yoga has helped me in my life when facing difficult times and I understand the benefits of regular practice. I offer specialised classes for Seniors, pre and postnatal, Mum's and daughters, and teenagers.
