I'm passionate about Hatha Yoga and believe in the wonderful benefits Hatha Yoga can provide. I have been a student of Hatha yoga for 25 years and a teacher for over 23 years.
I received my teaching qualifications from the (International Yoga Teachers Association) and was the student liaison officer for the teacher training course in South East Queensland for 11 years. Currently teaching at the Uniting Church Hall at Wavell Heights and All Hallows’ Well-being program. As well as teaching regular classes to adults, teenagers & children - corporate, private, prenatal & postnatal, schools & yoga therapy, I enjoy teaching Hatha yoga, Laughter yoga, Yin yoga, meditation & relaxation at workshops & retreats.

Lee is a great teacher and we leave every class feeling amazing. The class is challenging but relaxing and there's always a few laughs to be had because it's such a lovely class environment with wonderful people. I highly recommend a yoga class with Lee.

I love Lee's yoga!

This yoga is my kind of yoga, you get an all over work out and stretch without feeling you will be in agony the next day. Lee makes great suggestions on how to adjust the posture to suit your body and fitness level. We begin and end with a beautiful contemplative time just to lie and be, awesome.
