I am a 2oohr certified yoga instructor, trained in Vinyasa, beginners, gentle, chair,Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. I teach yoga to different levels to accommodate the students needs. I have been practicing yoga for many years. Yoga is my passion,I love teaching Yoga to others, bringing the physical, mental and spiritual benefits to others, through asanas, breathing techniques and meditations. I teach other types of fitness also, but yoga gives us the balance and peace and focus we need in our daily lives.
