I teach yoga to those people who are interested in reducing tension and getting out of pain. I focus more on how a yoga pose "feels" in your body, as opposed to how a yoga pose "looks". I specialize in yoga therapy which is a customized approach to to reduce pain, improve mobility and increase strength and core stability. I do this through getting the right parts working and quieting down what is not needed. The result is true asana: moving comfortably in your body and breathing freely.
