I teach yoga to those people who are interested in reducing tension and getting out of pain. I focus more on how a yoga pose "feels" in your body, as opposed to how a yoga pose "looks". I specialize in yoga therapy which is a customized approach to to reduce pain, improve mobility and increase strength and core stability. I do this through getting the right parts working and quieting down what is not needed. The result is true asana: moving comfortably in your body and breathing freely. Strengthening your body with effortless effort, so you can go do the activities you love with ease and fun!

Lenore is a knowledgeable and patient teacher. Her emphasis on getting the correct postures and maintaining ease in the process have really helped me in the reconditioning of old habits and working toward better postures.

Lenore is awesome!

Lenore is a very knowledgeable, passionate and caring yoga instructor. She focuses on moving mindfully and purely to ensure that her students are using proper techniques. She has helped me become more aware of my body and breathing and is helping to improve my chronic hip and back pain. For very individualized instruction and attention, I strongly recommend going to Lenore for yoga classes!
