I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years. In 2014 I became Certified at the 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) level with Yoga Alliance. I obtained my training through the Foundations for the Mindful Teacher Training at Yogani Studios in Tampa, FL. My Bachelor of Arts in Psychology lead naturally into teaching yoga and meditation. My teaching style is rooted in yogic philosophy and expressed with emphasis on functional and thoughtful movements. My belief is that consciously being brought to one’s physical and spiritual edge is where true growth occurs.
