Leta Miller

Leta loves her life, and is dedicated to empowering others to do the same. Forrest Yoga is a key element of joy and well-being in Leta’s life, and she is thrilled to bring this potent style of yoga to Wichita.
Leta offers a safe, judgment-free learning environment, ideal for those seeking relief from life’s aches and pains. A consistent Forrest Yoga practice keeps Leta pain-free and vibrant in her late-fifties. She became a Forrest Yoga instructor in 2011. Her mission is to help others learn that they do not have to live in pain, but instead, they can be healthy and energetic year after year.
Leta is a Forrest Yoga Associate Teacher and a Yoga Alliance RYT-200 registered instructor. She trained with Ana Forrest in 2011. She is currently the only Forrest Yoga teacher in Kansas. Leta has been practicing yoga since 2007 and teaching since December 2011.
Leta has a variety of life experience to support others’ journeys both on and off the mat. Since 2006, she has been growing her own business, Believe Enterprises. She has been married to her husband, Dennis, since 1986, has two grown sons, and enjoys long-term recovery from addiction. Leta is a licensed spiritual living coach, offering individual coaching and spiritual development classes. Leta enjoys traveling, lap swimming, golfing, and gardening.
