I love teaching and practicing a variety of yoga. I teach around the world in the winters and on Nantucket Island in the summers. From immersive Yoga retreats, studio classes and private sessions. My abilities include: yoga for athletes and surf conditioning, vinyasa yoga, hatha yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, aerial yoga, SUP yoga, & chair yoga. Whatever the practice, I believe yoga has incredible heath benefits, for the physical body and for mental health. The better we take care of ourselves, the better we can care for others.
