Great Yoga in Kiama

Liama creates calm and non confronting yoga practice and space. Always willing to provide a variety of options for differing levels, Liama allows you to work to your own fitness levels on the day. She doesn't take herself nor the yoga practice so seriously that you feel uncomfortable with the experience. The class is a good mix of breathing, stretching, postures, variety and relaxation/ meditation.

Great teacher

Liama, has that gift of knowing how to bring out the best in YOUR body, while all the time you feel both challenged, reassured and safe.
Her huge experience is obvious and she is able to take the dynamic yogi through to the beginner making both people feel they get the best of of her classes.
I appreciate greatly the balance she places on the physicality of the practice while helping you to a mindful state.
