I am teaching Viniyasa yoga since 2009. recieved my Certification from the american "yoga alliance"
My classes are filled with deep intention, creative sequencing, challenging transitions, as well as a focus on alignment. Through my detailed instruction, and themed classes, students are able to open their bodies and minds to connect to a deeper physical and inner awareness.
All levels are welcome! available for private class and groups.
