In the last years I’ve been focusing on Vinyasa Yoga style because it allows me both as a student and as a teacher, to find the creativity in the practice. After exploring different systems in the world of movement and dancing, it is the yoga that taught me the power of breathing, in the practice and in life itself.
My classes are a combination of flow and rhythm from the Vinyasa style, aside staying in the pose and exploring the posture influenced by Vijnana yoga. Sounds, Breathing techniques and hand Mudras (Gestures) are some of the tools used in the class, helping us to raise awareness of body sensations and state of mind. Through that awareness we create a practice that supports our well being
