Yoga has been a part of my life since I was a child. In my yoga class, I like to focus a lot on the mental aspect of yoga and the benefits of each pose. I give variations of each pose so that beginners and long-time practitioners can excel at their own level. You will feel challenged no matter your level and for students who are open to it, I give adjustments to help you deepen your pose. I always end with a relaxation that incorporates oils, instruments and massage.
