Shanti Yoga with Linda
Class perfect for beginners. A wonderfully gentle & restorative class. The beginning of the class incorporates Pranayama (breath control), to improve your energy & vitality. Then gently awaken your body with a series of Asana (postures). The Asana component of the class takes each student systematically through various postures suitable for beginners through to advanced students. The class concludes with a guided deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra).
Release tension & offer yourself the opportunity for profound healing. Flexibility and strength can be built and balanced over time in a safe way by each student. The class is holistic in nature, honouring each students’ ability and self awareness.
