My classes are designed to strengthen bone health; including weight-bearing postures for back, hips, and legs. The yoga class will focus on posture, balancing to strengthen the “wobble” muscles, and breathing practices (pranayama). And relaxation poses to reduce fatigue and stress, and meditation for improving sleep and calming the mind. The classes will help to reduces fatigue, cortisol levels and stress and aids in metabolic rate, healing, and aging. There are poses to suit every constitution, irrespective of age or physical condition. A weekly yoga practice will reconnect you with your physical body and inject you with a nice dose of vitality.
