Linda Kantor has been a psychologist in private practice since 1994. She is also the co-director of the Cape Town Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Programme. She teaches mindfulness in a variety of contexts including the Graduate School of Business. Linda is also a Kundalini Yoga Teacher and lives in Cape Town, South Africa.
She owns a product and consulting company, BE AWAKE (), in order to make her work more accessible to the private and corporate market, including writing books and recording CDs.
