My journey with yoga started in 1998, quickly becoming an avid ashtanga practitioner. Over the past five years I have introduced strength training and heart rate sessions to my personal routine. While fitness fads come and go. Yoga is the perfect complement to these activities. I trained as a hatha teacher in 2016. My area of focus is improving mobility and strength for all. My philosophy on physical activity is that of sustainability and strength for life.
