I fell in love with yoga/meditation nearly 30 years ago. It has guided me through many of life’s ups and downs.
My yoga works with strength and flexibility,incorporating pranayama breathwork too.
I believe any body can do yoga to get the best out of their bodies and combats stress and anxiety guiding students to clarity and peace deep within.
