Having enjoyed many a yoga class over the years, I felt a need to immerse myself more deeply in the practise to gain a clearer understanding of what yoga actually is. In 2014, I left a position in the corporate world of Finance to embark on a journey to study yoga in the country of origin, India.
Even though initially I had no intention of teaching, I am passionate about sharing yoga with you. As my personal practice continues to evolve and the gems continued to reveal themselves in this physical, mental and spiritual practise, I was inspired to share as I could, and have been teaching in Townsville since June, 2015.
I have a strong health and wellbeing also facilitating natural healing via modalities such as Ayurvedic* massage and Emmett Therapy. I have combined the very best of what I have learnt to deliver a thoroughly relaxing, all-encompassing treatment for you. I am happy to share that all the regulars agree wholeheartedly :) Come and try one for yourself!
